About The Workshops

Developed with care and expertise, the Skill-building Workshops offer participants a welcoming space to rebuild confidence and gain practical skills.

Each session focuses on a key area of personal growth, from digital literacy and job skills training to time management, social skills, and peer support. Our approach is holistic, ensuring that participants not only learn but also feel supported by a network of peers and mentors.

This Is For You, If:

  • You’re a person with ABI looking to regain your independence and confidence in daily life.
  • You’re a carer and/or family member wanting to explore resources for ABI support.
  • You’re a professional interested in ABI rehabilitation and community support.

Each workshop is thoughtfully developed to support ABI individuals in:

  • Practising social skills and emotional resilience through peer support groups.
  • Building employability with simulated work environments and job training.
