The BIG Walking Group is a relaxed, supportive walking group designed for people living with brain injury, their families, carers, and supporters.
Our walks are about more than just movement. They’re a chance to enjoy fresh air, gentle exercise, and connection with others who understand. We walk at an easy pace, take breaks when needed, and focus on creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.

Every second week, 9-10am at:
- Wednesday, 21st of January – Deception Bay waterfront
- Saturday, 7th of February – Sandgate Beach
- Wednesday, 18th of February – Scarborough Beach
- Saturday, 7th of March – Redcliffe
