1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings must be completed through emma.thebrainhub@gmail.com.
• Confirmation of booking will be provided via email once payment is successfully processed.

2. Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place in the workshop.
• We accept payment through bank transfer, details are provided at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.

4. Rescheduling

• Participants may request to reschedule their booking to a later workshop date, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled workshop.

5. Attendance

• Participants are requested to arrive on time for the workshop. No refunds will be provided for missed sessions.

6. Workshop Changes

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a new date or receive a full refund.
• Any changes to the workshop schedule will be communicated promptly via email or phone.

7. Liability

• While we strive to provide a safe and supportive environment, we are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.

8. Privacy Policy

• Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

9. Code of Conduct

• By participating in this program, participants agree to abide by the Code of Conduct.
• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards facilitators and fellow attendees.
• Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking a workshop, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
